Abstract
As bipolar circuits assume more of a role in microprocessor oriented systems, it becomes advantageous to extend the application of bipolar technology to a large mask programmable ROM. This paper will describe a 16K bipolar ROM, organized as 2K x 8 bits, which utilizes for its basic memory cell a simple and compact Schottky diode.
