روايي و پايايي بخش ژست‌ها از فرم اول فهرست تكامل برقراري ارتباط مك‌ آرتور - بيتز در كودكان فارسي زبان شهر اصفهان

A Validation Study of the Gestures Section of the MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventory (CDI)-Infant form for Persian- Speaking Infants in Isfahan

زمينه و هدف: هدف اين تحقيق، تعيين روايي و پايايي بخش ژست‌ها از فرم اول فهرست تكامل برقراري ارتباط مك‌آرتور-بيتز (MCDI) در كودكان فارسي‌زبان شهر اصفهان بود. روش‌بررسي: مطالعه از نوع اعتبار‌يابي بود. براي تعيين روايي صوري و محتوايي بخش ژست‌ها، از روش لاوشه استفاده شد و در ابتدا فرم تعديل‌يافته براي 10 كارشناس گفتار و زبان فرستاده شد. سپس طي يك پيش‌‌آزمون، مشكلات اجرايي بررسي شد و برآوردي احتمالي از محتواي آيتم‌هاي فرم تعديل يافته از ديد والدين مشاركت‌كننده در پيش‌‌آزمون به دست آمد. سپس براي مطالعهٔ روايي-پايايي، به شكل تصادفي به 11 مركز بهداشت در شهر اصفهان، مراجعه شد و فهرست MCDI توسط 115 نفر از والدين تكميل شد. به‌منظور برآورد پايايي آزمون-باز‌آزمون تعداد 30 نفر از والدين مجدداً فهرست را به‌فاصلهٔ زماني 15 تا 30 روز تكميل كردند. پايايي دروني فهرست برحسب آلفاي كرونباخ و پايايي بيروني فهرست برحسب آزمون-باز‌آزمون محاسبه شد. يافته‌ها: بخش ژست‌هاي MCDI برحسب شاخص نسبت روايي محتوا ( CVR (Content validity ratioداراي روايي محتوايي معادل با 0٫91 بود. با توجه به ميزان آلفاي كرونباخ 0٫962 اين بخش از پايايي دروني مناسبي برخوردار بود و با توجه به ميزان همبستگي بين نمرات فهرست در دو مرتبه تكميل آزمون كه معادل با 0٫925 بود و (0٫05

Background and objective: The aim of this study is to determine the validity and reliability of the gestures section of the MacArthur–Bates Communicative Development Inventory-infant form for 8 to 16 month old Persian-speaking infants in Isfahan-Iran. Methods: This is a validation study to determine content validity, internal consistency and test-retest reliability of the gestures section. Ten speech language pathologists were asked to comment and score the clarity, simplicity and relevance of the items. Lawshe’s method was used to analyze their scores to determine their content validity ratio (CVR). The administration limits and internal consistency were studied by asking 11 and 115 parents randomly selected, respectively to complete the revised checklist. To determine test-retest reliability the checklist was recompleted by 30 parents within a 15-30 days interval between test and retest phases. Results: The calculated CVR for the gestures section is 0.91.Chronbach’s alpha shows %962 internal consistency between all items and the testretest reliability is %925. Conclusions: All psychometric features are highly acceptable which document the appropriate content validity, internal consistency and testretest reliability of the gestures section of the infant form of CDI.
