An Explanation of the Relationship Between Justice and Political System from the Perspective of Allame Mohammad Bagher Sadr

تواناترين جايگاه تحقق عدالت به‌عنوان آرمان والاي انسان بر روي زمين، سياست و نظام سياسي است. اهميت اين موضوع تا حدي است كه تحقق عدالت در ابعاد گوناگون، در سايه سياست عدل و توسط حكمرانان آن ميسر مي‌گردد. در ميان متفكران مسلمان، علامه شهيد صدر با نبوغ، موشكافي و اشراف بر بسياري از نظريه‌هاي جديد، به ارتباط عميق عدالت با سياست به‌ويژه در بعد تحقق معتقد است و بررسي نظريه وي مي‌تواند روشنگر راه براي تحقق عدالت در جامعه باشد. از اين رو، پرسش اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه شهيد صدر چه رابطه‌‌اي را ميان عدالت و سياست و نظام سياسي ترسيم كرده است؟ در اين بررسي، با روش منطق دروني براي كشف و تبيين رابطه مذكور در ديدگاه وي با اتكاء بر توحيد و فطرت انساني تلاش شده است. به اعتقاد صدر، مهم‌ترين بعد جانشيني انسان در زمين، سياست يا مسئوليت سرنوشت جمعي خويش است كه در سايه آن، تحقق و استمرار عدالت معنا مي‌يابد. عدالت توسط نظام سياسي حقيقي و از طريق اصولي مانند قانون عادلانه، اجرا، نظارت، مشاركت عمومي، تكافل عمومي، ضمان اجتماعي و توازن اجتماعي تحقق مي‌يابد.

The most powerful apparatus of implementation of justice, the utopian ideal of human being, is political system. The importance of this issue is to the extent that the implementation of justice is possible in its various aspects, in the shade of just policy and just rulers. Among Muslim thinkers, Allameh Sadr with his ingenuity, subtlety and nobility of many new ideas, believes that there is a close relationship between justice and policy, especially considering the implementation of justice. A review of his theory can illuminate the issue of justice in society. So, our main question here is: what kind of relationship between justice and political system Allameh Sadr has explored? We used an internal logic method to find out the mentioned relationship. In sum, according to Allameh Sadr, man is responsible for his own destiny and it is within this framework that justice can be materialized and continued. Political system supports justice through just laws, implementation, control, public participation, “public Takafol” and social balance.
