رويكرد انديشوران شيعه به مفهوم قواميت مرد در آيۀ 34 سورۀ نساء

The Approach of Shia Scholars to the Concept of Qawwamiat (قوّاميت) for Men in the Verse 34th of Sūrat an-Nisāʼ

مهم‌ترين مستند براي رياست مرد بر خانواده، آيۀ قواميت (نساء/ 34) است كه همواره مورد مناقشۀ محققان بوده است؛ چرا كه صحبت از حقوق زنان، موضوعي رايج در محافل علمي و دانشگاهي بوده و هست و به ويژه با توجه به رواج جريان‌هاي دفاع از حقوق زنان، اين رويكرد روندي رو به رشد را مي‌پيمايد. تحليل‌هاي متفاوتي دربارۀ قواميت مرد ارائه شده است؛ برخي آن را مديريت و سرپرستي مرد بر خانواده دانسته و برخي ديگر ـ به ويژه در عصر اخير و به دليل رواج انگاره‌هاي دفاع از حقوق زن‌ـ اين آيه را به مفهوم كارگزاري و خدمتگزاري مرد در خانواده تبيين كرده‌اند و تلاش گروهي نيز بر جمع بين اين دو ديدگاه بوده است. نگارندگان با گردآوري ديدگاه‌هاي ارائه‌شده از ناحيۀ متفكران شيعي در اين باره، به نقد و بررسي آن‌ها پرداخته و قواميت را به عنوان «وظيفۀ مديريت مرد در درون نهاد خانواده» تبيين كرده‌اند.

The most important proof for the men’s superior to women is the verse Qawwamun (قوّامون) (Sūrat an-Nisāʼ/ 34) which the scholars have constantly debated over the subject. From the past to now, the issue of women’s right has been a current matter in the scholarly and scientific meetings. This attitude is in progress. Different analyses have been presented about Qawwamiat for men. Some believe it is the management and supervision (guardian) of family and in recent century and specifically for the popular notions of the defense of women’s right, some others have determined that the concept of this verse is men are servants and agents. Some others try to put forward an idea which contains the both attitudes. The authors with collecting the presented opinions of the Shia intellects about this matter criticize and study it and they determine that men’s superior is the men’s responsibility for the management in the family institution
