كاركردهاي ‌اجرايي و راهبردهاي اثربخش براي بهبود آن در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نارسايي توجه/بيش فعالي

Executive Functions and Effective Strategies to Improve them in Students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

زمينه: هدف از اين پژوهش معرفي كاركردهاي اجرايي (توجه‌ پايدار، حافظه ‌كاري، بازداري ‌پاسخ) و استفاده از راهبردهايي براي بهبود آنها در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نارسايي توجه/ بيش‌فعالي بود. كاركردهاي اجرايي وظايف و نقش‌هاي مختلفي دارند كه در تمامي اين افراد در هر سن و جنس به فراخور سن، قدرت و سلامت كاركردها در زندگي تاثيرگذار هستند. درواقع اين نيرو كه به‌عنوان يك سازه شناختي مطرح است، وظايفي مانند حل مسئله، توجه، استدلال، سازماندهي، برنامه‌ريزي، حافظه، بازداري پاسخ، كنترل بازدارنده، كنترل تكانه، حفظ آمايه و تغيير آمايه را بر عهده دارد. در نتيجه نارسايي در اين زمينه با اختلال در عملكردهاي روزانه همراه است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش مرور سيستماتيك پيشينه انجام شد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه با استفاده از تكنيك‌ها و راهبردهاي مطرح شده با توجه به موقعيت مي‌توان در جهت بهبود و تقويت كاركردهاي اجرايي عمل كرد و كمك شاياني به دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نارسايي توجه/ بيش‌فعالي در زندگي تحصيلي، اجتماعي و فردي آنها نمود.

Background: The purpose of this research is to identify executive skills (Sustained attention, working memory, and response inhibition) and the use of strategies to improve it in students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); these executive functions have different roles and affect everyone's health and life for all people of any age, performance and functional well-being. This force is presented as a cognitive structure, has tasks such as problem solving, attention, reasoning, organizing, scheduling, memory, response inhibition, impulse control, game preservation, game change, as a result, defects and disruptions in this field disrupt the daily functioning. Method: The research method is such that by referring to the national book of the country, previous research by researchers and related articles, we have gathered useful material in this regard. Conclusion: Therefore, the results of the research show that using state of the art techniques and strategies, it can be used to improve and enhance executive functions, and this is a great help for students with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder in educational life, Social and personal.
