ديدگاه تفسيري علامه طباطبايي پيرامون روابط بين‌الملل

Allameh Tabatabaei’s Exegetic Viewpoints about International Relations

بازپژوهي آراء اجتماعي انديشمندان مسلمان در حوزه مسائل بين‌الملل، موضوعي درخور توجه است. علامه طباطبايي، مفسري آشنا با گستره انديشه‌هاي معاصر، به فراخور آيات قرآني، بدين امر اهتمام داشته است. مقاله حاضر با روشي تحليلي، خطوط كلي جهان‌بيني قرآني علامه طباطبايي در عرصه بين‌الملل و اصول حاكم بر تعامل‌هاي دولت اسلامي با ديگر كشورها را بررسي كرده است. به اجمال مي‌توان اذعان داشت كه وي معتقد است غالب احكام اسلامي داراي روح اجتماعي هستند؛ همچنين قرآن كريم، ظرفيت استخراج تمامي آموزه‌هاي بنيادين علوم انساني را دارا است. نگرش علامه طباطبايي نسبت به برخورداري جامعه از واقعيتي عيني و فرافردي و اصالت‌بخشي به مصلحت‌هاي جامعه، مباني ديگري است كه سبب شكل‌گيري اصول دولت اسلامي در عرصه تعاملات بين‌المللي از اين منظر شده است. همزيستي مسالمت‌آميز، عدالت‌طلبي، صلح‌گرايي، اصل دعوت، پايبندي به پيمان‌هاي بين المللي، از مهم‌ترين اصول حاكم بر تعامل‌هاي بين‌المللي دولت اسلامي در نگاه ايشان است.

Reinvestigation of the social ideas of the Muslim scholars in the field of international affairs is an important topic. Allameh Tabatabaei, a commentator familiar with the range of contemporary thoughts, has dealt with this issue based on the Quranic verses. Applying an analytical method, the present study has investigated the outlines of Allameh’s Quranic worldview at international level and the principles governing the Islamic government interactions with other countries. In brief, one can say that the majority of the Islamic rules have social spirit. Also, the Holy Quran has the capacity to extract all fundamental teachings of humanities. Allameh’s attitude toward benefit of the society from an objective and transpersonal reality, and granting originality to the society’s interests is another principle that has become the cause of formation of the principles of the Islamic government in the field of international interactions from this viewpoint. For him, peaceful coexistence, justice finding, pacifism, the principle of invitation, and adherence to the international treaties are among the most important principles governing the international interactions of the Islamic Government.
