بررسي تأثير رطوبت و پيش‌بارگذاري در زمان نصب مصالح FRP در رفتار خمشي تيرهاي تقويت شده

I‌N‌V‌E‌S‌T‌I‌G‌A‌T‌I‌O‌N O‌F M‌O‌I‌S‌T‌U‌R‌E A‌N‌D P‌R‌E‌L‌O‌A‌D‌I‌N‌G E‌F‌F‌E‌C‌T‌S O‌N F‌L‌E‌X‌U‌R‌A‌L B‌E‌H‌A‌V‌I‌O‌R O‌F R‌E‌I‌N‌F‌O‌R‌C‌E‌D B‌E‌A‌M‌S W‌I‌T‌H F‌R‌P

پژوهش‌هاي پيشين نشان مي‌دهند كه در بيشتر مطالعات، اعمال بار و فقط رطوبت، پس از تقويت با مصالح F‌R‌P انجام شده است؛ در صورتي كه يكي از موارد مصرف ورق‌هاي F‌R‌P، تعمير سازه‌هاي بارگذاري شده است. از طرفي در اين قبيل موارد، احتمال وجود رطوبت سطحي هنگام تقويت وجود دارد. لذا، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رفتار خمشي تيرهاي تقويت‌شده با استفاده از ورق F‌R‌P نزديك به شرايط واقعي است. به اين منظور 20 عدد نمونه‌ي بتني با ابعاد 1150✖200✖150ميلي‌متر در دو گروه 10 عددي با 2 نوع آرايش متفاوت ميلگرد كششي پيش از تقويت، تحت بارگذاري و شرايط رطوبتي قرار گرفتند و پس از انجام عمليات تقويتي در طي آزمايش‌هاي خمشي گسيخته شدند. براساس نتايج به‌دست آمده، مقاومت نهايي در تيرهاي بدون ترك اوليه و بدون رطوبت سطحي، 20% افزايش يافته و مقاومت خمشي در تير با ترك اوليه، 13% و در تير با رطوبت سطحي، 9% افزايش داشته است. در تيرهاي با ترك اوليه و رطوبت سطحي به طور هم‌زمان نيز 13% افزايش مقاومت نهايي به‌دست آمد. همچنين نتايج حاكي از آن است كه استفاده از آرماتور كششي با قطر زياد و تعداد كم در مقايسه با آرماتور با قطر كم و تعداد زياد، باعث كاهش بهره‌وري تقويت و ايجاد شكست ترد مي‌شود.
