Boundary Cases in Neyman - Pearson Lemma

Neyman - Pearson lemma gives fundamental result in statistical hypotheses theroey. However, a little attention has been paid to the special cases in which the critical values are zero or infinity. This paper is considered these problems with some more insight in this lemma.
