چكيده لاتين
One of the most important effective parameters on the quality of electrical equipments (e.g. transformers , generators and electrical machines ) is the characteristic of cores. Nowadays, transformer magnetic cores and other electrical equipments are manufactured from thin sheet silicon steels. Advanced method in metal forming and heat treatment are used for quality improvement of these sheets. The reheating is one of the important stages in the production of these electrical steels. The purposes of this research is investigation of the effect of rehearing on the silicon steel microstructure . The temperature and time of the tests were selected between 1050 to 1350 ^C and 5 to 60 seconds respectively . Microstructure investigation were done with optical and scanning electron microscope . Results indicate that the hearing time and temperature have a significant effect on grain size and shape, Austinite morphology, volume and inhibitor precipitates distribution and size . Besides , the optimum reheating temperature and rime for complete dissolution before hot rolling are 1350 C and I hour respectively.
