Analysis Rights types in Islamic religions

حق از موضوعات مهم زندگي انسان در امور معيشتي يا معاملاتي مي باشد. امّا در هر يك از اين گستره‌ها از زاويه خاصّي به آن نگريسته مي شود، محورِ اصلي پژوهش حاضر، حق به معناي سلطه، امتياز و توانايي است؛ و بررسي ماهيت و اقسام حق يكي از مباحث مهم حوزه شناخت "حق" شمرده مي‌شود. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي ملاك تقسيم بندي انواع حق و شناخت ماهيت و منشاء انواع حق مي‌باشد. روش اين پژوهش به صورت كتابخانه‌اي و تحليلي است. نتيجه حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه حق به نوع واحدي منحصر نيست و همچنين شناخت حق و انواع آن و كاربرد آن مي‌تواند در تدوين مطالب علمي، كابردر و تدوين قوانين موضوعه و در نهايت به بشريت در جهت تعالي هر چه بيشتر در زندگي كمك نمايد.

Right is one of the important issues of human life in livelihood or trading. But in each of these spheres it is viewed from a certain angle, the main focus of this study is the right to mean domination, privilege and ability; and the study of the nature and nature of the right is considered one of the important issues in the field of recognition of "right". The purpose of this research is to examine the criteria for the categorization of types of rights and the recognition of the nature and origin of the types of rights. The method of this research is librarian and analytical. The result of this study shows that the right to the type of unit is not unique As well as the recognition of its rights and its applications and its application can help in the formulation of scientific materials, the use of the code and the formulation of thematic laws and, ultimately, humanity in order to promote excellence in life as much as possible.
