A Philosophical Explanation of the statement of the second step with an emphasis on the international goals of the Islamic Revolution

فلسفه بيانيه گام دوم چيستي، چرايي و چگونگي بيانيه را تبيين مي‌نمايد. پيرو چنين برداشتي، مقاله حاضر سعي دارد، با تمركز بر ابعاد برون مرزي بيانيه، به تشريح ماهيت بين‌المللي بيانيه بپردازد و سوگيري بيانيه نسبت به مقاصد بين‌المللي انقلاب اسلامي را آشكار سازد. در اين تحقيق از روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي با رويكرد اكتشافي ـ استنتاجي استفاده شده است. مقاله درصدد است بر اساس فرازها و واژگان اساسي بيانيه و ساير بيانات مقام معظم رهبري، به‌مثابه اسناد بالادستي نظام جمهوري اسلامي و احياناً نمونه شواهدي كه نشان از تأثير چشم‌گير امواج انقلاب اسلامي بر جوامع اسلامي و غربي دارند، تجزيه و تحليل روشني از بيانيه با تمركز بر مقاصد بين‌المللي ارائه نمايد. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه انقلاب اسلامي در گام دوم در سطح بين‌المللي فراتر از مرزهاي جغرافيايي ايران، به اقتدار و تعيين عمق استراتژيك خود نزديك‌تر مي‌شود تا زمينه را براي برپايي تمدن بزرگ اسلامي بيش از پيش فراهم آورد.

The philosophy of the second step explains the what, the why and the how of the statement. Such being the case, the present article tries to explain the international nature of the statement by focusing on the extra boundary dimensions of the statement and to reveal the bias of the statement towards the international goals of the Islamic Revolution. In this research, a descriptive-analytical method with an exploratory-inferential approach has been used. Based on the phrases and key words of the statement and other statements of the Supreme Leader, as an upstream document of the Islamic Republic and possibly a sample of evidence that shows the significant impact of the waves of the Islamic Revolution on Islamic and Western societies, the article seeks to give a clear analysis of the statement with Focus on international goals. Findings indicate that the Islamic Revolution in the second step at the international level beyond the geographical borders of Iran, closer to its authority and strategic depth to provide the ground for the establishment of a great Islamic civilization more than before.
