هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي نقش مؤثر تربيت ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي بر تجلي كمالات شخصيت انسان از منظر آموزه‌هاي قرآني است. يكي از مباحث مهم بر تجلي كمالات شخصيت انسان در نظام آموزشي كشور، نقش مؤثر تربيت شايستگي‌هاي اخلاقي است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقيقات كيفي است و با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به بررسي متغيرهاي اين پژوهش مي‌پردازد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي‌دهد كه كمالات شخصيتي از منظر آموزه‌هاي قرآني محصور به كرامت ذاتي نمي‌شود و آدمي مي‌تواند با تقرب به خدا و پرهيزكاري بر آن بيفزايد و ارزش متعالي‌تري كسب كند و اين ارزش، ارزش اكتسابي است؛ اما بنا بر آيات و روايات، مبناي رفتار ما با ديگران حسن اخلاق و حفظ كرامت ذاتي آن‌هاست. پاي‌بندي به مباني تربيت ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي به معني امكانات، ضرورت‌ها و موقعيت حيات انساني در حوزه تربيت است و شيوه‌ها به معناي راهكارها و پيش فرض‌هايي است كه با توجه به مباني، براي رسيدن به اهداف عالي اتخاذ مي‌نماييم.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective role of educating moral values ​​on the manifestation of human personality perfection from the perspective of Quranic teachings. One of the important issues on the manifestation of human personality perfection in the country's educational system is the effective role of training moral competencies. The present study is a qualitative research and examines the variables of this research using a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the present study show that personality perfections from the perspective of Quranic teachings are not limited to inherent dignity and a person can increase it by approaching God and piety and acquire a higher value, and this value is an acquired value; But according to verses and hadiths, the basis of our treatment of others is good morals and preserving their inherent dignity. Adherence to the principles of education of moral values ​​means the possibilities, necessities and position of human life in the field of education, and methods mean the strategies and assumptions that we adopt according to the principles to achieve great goals.
