Animal rights from the perspective of the Quran and Sunnah

حيوان همچون ساير موجودات در زمين، هرچند در هدف غايي خدمت به انسان آفريده شده، اما از منظر اسلام داراي حقوقي است و انسان در بهره‌مندي از آن با محدوديت‌هايي رو به رو است. در اين مقاله پس از اشارة اجمالي به نگاه قرآن به موجودات از جمله حيوان، و تأكيد بر شعور و حشر آن، بخشي از حقوق حيوانات از منظر ديني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.

Like other beings on earth, though the animal has been created based on the ultimate purpose of serving humans, but has some specific rights according to Islam, and the man faces some restrictions in the exploitation of animals. In this article, after an overview of the Qur'an's view about creatures, including animals and the emphasis on the issues of “Animals Sense” and “the resurrection of animals after death”, some parts of the animal rights has been examined by a religious approach.
