Report of accuse of bilateral capitellum fracture

Fracture of capitellum contributes to 0.5-1% of elbow fractures. This fracture usually involves a large osteocartilaginous fragment, and when displaced, it needs open reduction and internal fixation in order to restore the joint. Diagnosis is usually made by true lateral x-ray and if this is not done properly, the fracture will be missed and will remain undiagnosed. This fracture is usually unilateral and as far as we know the bilateral fracture is not reported yet. We report a surgical treatment of a case of late diagnosed bilateral capitellum fracture with excellent results.
