Studies on flavonoid contentsin the leaves and flowers of Azarbaidjanian CrataegusesiH Crataegus meyeri Pojark

The air dried leaves, flowers and fruits of Crataegus meyeri were ground to powder and each sample was extracted with pethrolum ether (30-60), Chloroform and Methanol/Water mixture (70/30), respectively. Concentration of methanolic extract under reduced pressure at 50°C gave a brown syrup which after dillution with water, was reextracted with Chloroform, Ethylacetate and n-Butanol, respectively.
