Information technology --- changes in roles --- necessity of information management

In this article, relation among knowledge management and information technology, scientific communications, management of organizations, academic education, educational sources, information science and trade has been studied. The role of information technology in evolution of structures and creating new skills in people, like: standards-oriented, research-oriented, networking thought, and systematic observation is discussed; and knowledge management is considered in the role of a new management strategy with pointing out the necessity of creating a mutual environment for sharing knowledge in organizations. Knowledge management is also counted as a new path in information scientists professional life and the necessity to change their perspective from their role and obtaining new skills is emphasized.
