User Satisfaction of National Bibliography of Iran Database

Using survey methodology, the present research intend to analyze user satisfaction of National Bibliography of Iran (NBI) on CD-ROM in terms of searching, retrieving and speed of accessing information as well as validity of cataloging and using subject headings and the authority list of authors and famous people databases. The finding of the research indicate that more than 89 percent of users are satisfied with searching, retrieving and speed of accessing information functions as well as validity of cataloging and the price of the database.
