Dialog Among Civilizations Through Interconnection of Computers

The present paper provides an overview on potentials of information science for dialog among civilizations as well as opinions of information professionals about barriers on the way of dialog among civilizations. Using survey research methodology, the opinions and overviews of information and communication professionals were analyzed. Finally, some practical solutions for facilitating and accelerating the process of dialog among civilizations were proposed.
