The article "Shiaism and the Issue of Legitimacy, Between Theory and Atpintment" in which the theory of "efficient legitimacy" or legitimacy based on a contract or an oath of allegiance, is derived based on shiite sources and texts, at the some time that is a innovative and valuable effort in shiite Political thought, it has several laws. The writer claims about this research being useful is a practical sense and his take on the works of Muslim thinkers are both onesided and wrong. The Components facts of "efficient legitimacy" are not harmonious. This theory is based on ignoring the determinants and contexts both internal and exlernal of the text ifself and also came about as a resulti of gnoring the opinions and explanations of others about the texts of the oath of allegiance and selection, things which cannot be ignored in the research and creating new ideas.
