information and information science are closely connected to semiology and semantics. The focal studies of semantics, as a field of behavioral studies, usually emphasize on the sociological aspects of languge. As the field of information science deals with the information transfer, language society, information networks, the meaning of a text, and man - machine interface; the present paper, using the present theories and approaches, is to study the semantical aspects of information and its transfer, focusing on the foretold characteristics.
