Book Review: Management of Cooperatives

Article 44 of the IRI constitution presents the economic activities of Iran in three sectors of state, private and cooperative. That is why Management of Cooperatives is included in the courses of Management science at the university level. In the present paper, the efforts have been to study Mohammad Shakiba Moghaddamʹs The Management of Cooperatives from the content as well as structure points of view, and to evaluate the authorʹs idea on the main concepts of this domain.
