Industrial Management and Labor Market from the Graduatesʹ Viewpoint

How do the University graduates find the labor market and to what extent do they see themselves efficient for the demands? Where do they think the inadequacies come from and what are their suggestions for possible ameliorations? Based upon the research works done, this article studies the answers to these questions as an initiative towards possible improvements in the education system. Many of such elements as the individual factors and those related to the social and political structures are not included in this article.
