A RESEARCH ABOUT PUBLICATION OF ART BOOKS

This research is meant to study the publicaion of Persian Art Books in the considered area (1355-79) studying the number of published art books in the area, composition and translation share and also publishers situation are of the points to consider in this research. After collecting 15637 published art books from the Art Data Bank (Iran Book House); dispersion of subjects of art books; accumulation of composition in different subjects and subjects that have been less considered are specified. This research introduces the subjects that need more studying; Industrial Design (4 titles) and Sculpture (17 titles) have the lowest figures; and Play Literature (play and story - 10491 titles) (67.1%) has the highest figure.
