The most important issue in Iranʹs banking operation in the field of resource mobilization is the existence of preliminary Profit which turns into guarnteed profit through binding guarantees and functions like interest.In the field of resource allocation ,the existence of faked performa unreal financial documents and lack of use of recievel furds regarding the contracts leads to moral hazards due to assymetric information between banks and borrowers. The method of calculating the banking profit, unsuitall organization and bureaucracy are the other insues of banking in Iran.
