بررسي ميزان رضايت شغلي و سازه هاي وابسته به آن در دندانپزشكان شهر مقدس

Introduction: Dentistry is an attractive and respectful occupation in our society and many people imagine that dentistry can satisfied most dentists. In this study we aimed to assess the degree of job satisfaction and involved factors among dentists in Mashhad. Method and materials: This study was a cross-sectional research, and the study population is comprised of 100 randomly chosen dentists who are working in Mashhad. The statistical group completed a questionnaire including personal information, personality traits and job traits, motivation,etc Results: This study showed that there are relations between personality traits and job satisfaction. Most common traits among dentists were altrpismand also the degree of job satisfaction in dentists who believe in their own abilities are higher than anxious and stressful ones. Conclusion: Dentistry satisfied most dentists and the reasons are: Appropriate personality traits for this occupation, social status and patients, appreciation, good income and low stress.
