The Identification of Effective Factors in foreign Investment in Iran

Despite the increase of global foreign direct Investment (FDI) During the past three decades, it has Experience a considerable decrease in Iran. Attraction of foreign investment Repulses the identification of effective factors as well as making proper changes in them. This article studies the Effective factors on FDI in Iran using econometric Techniques. The results show that FDI in Iran is in direct relation with GDP but in reverse relation with other Parameters studied, namely in Flat ion rate, corporate tax, tariff rates, changes in exchange rate, nominal index of wages, and accumulation of domestic capital.
