A Survey on the Relationship Between Public Expenditures and Private Sectorʹs Investment, Case: Iran

The present research, in general, studies the relationship between the public expenditures and private sectorʹs investment. In this survey the effect of different variables such as gross domestic products (GDP), national income, the opportunity cost of investment, financial and economic source of provided credits and their effect on private sectorʹs investment are the main issues to be discussed. In the meantime with the help of a model the intensity of the relationship between public expenditures and private sectorʹs investement in Iranʹs economy are evaluated and studied.
