Integrative relations between the two highly significant categories of defense decision making and defense systems management, is the main focus of the study. By the integration of the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Information (C4I2) with Geographical Information System (GIS), it is meant the establishment of new conditions to provide for military commanders, decision makers and strategists, a total command and control system. The authors, hereby, attempts to describe the concept, background and characteristics of the new idea of integration of the two systems. Main infrastructures, facilitative as well as executive factors for its application are also duly assessed.
