Place of Village and Agriculture in Constructive Programmes before Iranian Islamic Revolution

Village and agriculture can play an important role in national development, since they must consider much more in major plannings. But the agriculture part have been less important them industry in constructives planning befor revolution. However, agriculture had choosed based up on allocated credit as a development pattern in first and second constructive planning. But it has not fulfilled view cases aims due to lack of decision policy and correct actions. It has been industrial development with alternative policy associated imports to support home industry during third to fifth constructive programmes. Incorrect land reform and other factors has caused the acheivement of agricutural role to socio-economic development goals, is reduced. So it has not reached national programmes in agricultural part to non of quantative aims in for cast planning. While if it doesnʹt fulfill quantative goal, it will not certainly quality purpose. It has been considered village and agricultural placement and allocated contribution in this part comparison to another parts in this paper.
