Lexical and semantic structures of technical and scientific terms in modern Persian

This article describes Persian as a language that, while maintaining its cultural and historical identity, shows a great capacity for keeping abreast with modern technological and scientific terms, playing an important role is the production and transfer of knowledge and culture. In this encounter with other languages, Persian is not corrupted; rather, it engages in a constructive interaction with them. In this article, the writer first presents a cursory historical survey of Persian, including the historical events happening to Persian, and then describes the potentialities and capabilities of Persian for production and transfer of knowledge.
