TO STUDY THE PLACE OF INVESTMENT COMPANIES IN IRANʹS INVESTING MARKET

Why invesatmenl companies with due attention to their role, importance and necessity, yet do not have any suitable place in the capital market. This asticle analyses the rate of return in investment companies as an important and effetive factor on their qrowth , also the ROS , ROE,EPS and the market price of Shares of these companies as indicator was prepared to analyse the utility of their shares. The resultd did not show a good appearance of their activities. 4 The existence of impure public goods (club goods) with two special features - crowding and exclution and are provided by private sector - leaded to general theory of clubs. James Buchanan is the first who presented the complete model of clubs and fills the gap in the economic theory. In his model, by algebric tools and geometric exposition, the optimum size and number of members in club goods are determined. According to the theory, the individual motive for organizing groups is economic reason and choices are based on cost-and-benefit analysis. Theory of clubs, after Buchanan, has extended in both theoretical and practical aspects. In theory, there are advances in geometric exposition, income - price effects and optimal conditions. In practice, we can see its applications in transportation, regional public goods, intertainement, political coalition and international organizations. Wedding and celebration clubs, private pools and clubs are examples of the theory in different countries including Iran.
