An Innestigation of Money Endowment in the Context of Islamic Jurisprudence.

As one of the most effective ways of cooperation throughout the history, the good practice of endowment has always been an economic support for the supreme goals of human societies, ever existing in various forms including the endowment of houses and lands. However, due to the restricted definitions for it, there is no possibility of increasing its inclusiveness to incorporate many of the financial properties. Today, because of the developments having taken place concerning money and in view of endowment requirements, the question arises as to whether the endowment of money would be feasible. This article attempts to answer this question and to study, to some limited extent, the jurisprudents1 statements and arguments.
