A STUDY OF THE FACTORS CREA TING STRESS IN ORGANIZATIONS.

Nervous and psychic pressures called stress today observed widespread and complexly in organizations, and this phrase is now a general problem for modern man and a characteristic of his life. Human worries concerning the job, family, social, economic and political disorders, technological developments, various needs, company expectations from its staffs, unjust policies unsecured jobs... may increase the heart pulse and keeps breathe in the chest. It is believed now that a great part of stresses among organization staffs are unnecessary, and the managers should effectively control (not prevent) the stress by recognition of the factors creating stress and finding and enforcing different solutions. This study carried out among staffs of one organization, considering finding and grading the factors creating stress in staffs. To this end, the study method was descriptive and analytical carried out cross section-ally. At first, the existing situation of the organization studied, and then hypothesis suggested and investigated. Afterwards, factors creating stress were distinguished and graded, and according to results attained by analysis of data gathered some practical means and suggestions were made to reduce stress in the organization.
