Armed Forces Crime Act (partll).

Armed Forces Crime Act is a set of rules and regulations for armed forces which deals with offenders of this band.On the one hand, it refers to military crimes and offences such as desertion and running away from millitary service or war fronts. On the other hand, it deals with common crimes that even common people may commit, such as forgery,bribery, fraud and theft. However, if a member of the armed forces commits common crimes, he will be treated and punished differently from the grass roots.Islamic parliament has recently ratified the new act. This paper discusses the new act and compares it with the previous one.
