For every technology, there is a plethora of laws which regulate its use. In other words, in order to use technologies properly and avoid any misuse and damage, it is indispensable to use them according to rules and regulations. One of the important issues that demands a great deal of monitoring and control is road traffic. If citizens know and learn how to act according to laws and respect, then there will be more safety and security on roads. Indeed, more law enforcement should be employed by police officers. As discussed in this paper, for effective traffic law enforcement, police officers should be trained more effectively.
