Rehabilitative Justice.

Rehabilitative Justice is a process in which all people involved in a specific crime come together to decide collectively about the causes and consequences of crime in future. In other words, rehabilitative justice is a complete contribution, and consensus which involves criminals, delinquents and local community and one specific person or institute is not in charge to decide about it.Three main principles of rehabilitative justice are as follows: 1- Crime in the violation of individual, not a commitment against government. 2- All regrets of crime, have responsibilities, roles, and needs to fight collectively against consequeses of crime. 3- Compensation for losses, solving the problems of crimes consequences, and impeding them, are some factors to mediate crime-involved parties.
