Toward the Ideal Police.

The goal of this essay is not to represent a defenition for or features of an "ideal police", but to give a suggestion about possible way which leads toward the ideal police. However, it is based on the performance and efficiency of police officers; it measns that police productivity and efficiency of police officers are due to productivity of the police organization. According to this easy, there are seven golden keys which unlock the doors toward the ideal police: Confidence, Cooperation, Creativity, Continuity, Coherence, Continuous training, and Productivity.
