The Responsibility of Quranic Translators for Different Readings

Quranic researchers confront different readings in various fields of research on the Qurʹan. This orginates from different pronunciations Quraʹn reciters have used for some phrases and words. Some of these differences are limited to the pronunciations and accents of words and phrases and do not extend to meanings. For example, "Kufuwan ahad", "Kuf-wa-an ahad", and "Kufu-wa-an ahad". But some differences lead to changes in meaning such as: "malik-i-yawm-i-ddin" and "malik-i-yawm-i-ddin" or: "bi-ma kanu yukaddibun". This article focuses on the responsibility of Quranic translators when confrouting these differences.
