Factors influencing managersʹ success in Iranian national scientific information centers

Awareness about the factors influencing a manager and his / her organization helps the development of the organization. In this research, the effect of "management stability", "distance from authorities" "independency", "the managerʹs specialty", and "Information Technology" have been studied through library and survey methods, using the results of the related research and doing quantitative studies on 3 national scientific information centers in Iran. ANOVA, Scheffe and Pearsonʹs correlation tests were to analyse the quantitative findings of the research. Results show that all of 5 factors have independent and cumulative effect on managerʹs success and there is correlations among these factors.
