A Review of the Discourse of Justice in Religious States of Medieval Iran

The discourse analysis deals with an investigation of the meaningful role of social actions, concepts and thoughts in political life. The principle of justice in religious states is a key concept paid attention to from various perspectives .The common concept of justice in the time-span from the second century AH up to the pre-constitutional period - which is influenced by the dominant political system and the predominance of a spccial reading of justice - has less frequently dealt with this key concept.
