A fuzzy genetic algorithm and its applications in operations research

In this paper a fuzzy genetic algorithm to solve optimization problems is introduced. After describing the mathematical background and the algorithmʹs steps, we explain two of its most important applications. The first one is a linear programming problem and the second is the problem of fuzzy networks. The algorithm produces nearly optimal solution for the mentioned problems.
