Effective Factors on Increasing Productivity in Rural Education: A Survey

In development literature, education is the main principal and root of development. Education in all forms and levels (formal, informal etc) is one of the great bases of development especially in rural areas. In fact, to reach to the dynamic and developed society we should provide appropriate structures for the people of that society. Rural society of our country which contains 40 percent of the countryʹs population, and is the main pillar of agricultural production has great importance in this regard. As a matter of fact, what has been done and performed in rural and agricultural education sectors could not change the situation in these matters and as result prosperity and development did not happened in rural society and agriculture sector of the country. One of the policies which in this article have been studied is establishing rural educational schools. These schools have the following purposes and characteristics: compatibility with the social culture of each region, having influence on group education, providing proper access to public resources according to natural and regional characteristics and the structure of agricultural factors of that region. These schools can provide appropriate instrument for the researchers in rural and agricultural sectors specially by offering suitable statistics and information to them. Another function of these schools is presenting proper patterns for development in rural societies and making change in agriculture sector by the teachers of the schools.
