A Study Correlation between Differentiation of Selfand Marital Satisfaction ofTarbiat Moal/em University Employees

This study has been done to investigate the correlation between differentiation ofselfand marital satisfaction ofTarbiat Moallem University employees. The population consists of Tarbiat Moallem University employees with at least 5 years of marriage and one child. total population of employees was 130 persons. We have used simple random sampling. Samples were 40 couples. Enrich Marital Satisfaction Inventory consists of 47 item, and Differentiation ofSelf inventory of 46 items were conducted. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean variance and inference statistics were used to investigate correletion (multiple regression). The result reveald significance correlation (p< 0.0 I) between differentiation ofself, its subscales: (Emotional reactivity, l-position, emotional cut off and fusion with other), with marital statisfaction.
