Homage to Justice and Law in the Poetry of Mohammad Taghi Bahar ( Poet Laureate)

The literature of the Constitution Period includes subjects such as freedom, justice law, patriotism and respect for the rights of man due to socio- political upheavals and the forming of the Constitution Movement. Adeeb al- Mamalek, Dehkhoda, Eshghi, Aref, Farrokhi Yazdi, and Mohammad Taghi Bahar represent the poetry of the Constitution period. Among these poets Mohammad Taghi Bahar is considered to be a revolutionary Constitutionalist who accompanied the mass uprising by his poetry through the development of the Constitution Movement and reflected in his poetry the ceaseless struggles of the people of Iran to gain the rule of law and justice and freedom from the despotic regime. The themes of his poetry are the same themes inherent in the literature of the Constitution period. This paper attempts to elaborate and survey the life, poetry and the theme of paying homage to justice and law in the poetry of this patriotic poet
