Empowerment of Police Women in Maintaining , Public Security

Police security is considered in Islam and other religions and Islamic countries by public. In order to reach its highest degree some people who are familiar with culture are needed. This is the police role for the reason of different roles which men and women have in Islam; we need women who will be able to protect women and children under their ages. Empowering the police women is one of suitable chances to establish public security and must pay more attention to this factor. This essay is based on study of citizens in Tehran, using questioner and interviewing people in four following subjects and is shown in diagram No. 1. 1- What is the way of empowering police women? 2- Which factors are important in establishing public security? 3- What are the attempts which have done? 4- Which methods are suitable to increase public security?
