A Historical Search on the Ijtihad, Appreciation and Disapproval

Ijtihad means try to get the conceptual meaning of Jurisprudance principle accordingly. The meaning of Ijtihad changed about seven centries ago. As itʹs certain, human can today recognize the obscenity and goodness of affairs easily. So our mind has the ability to analyse the positive and negative of our actions and behavior. The article tries to clarify the conceptual and historical process of Ijtihad over the time.
