An Analysis of the Change in System Dominating the Subject of Decrees from the Viewpoint of Imam Khomeini

Imam Khomeini as a jurisprudent who studied and taught jurisprudence assumed the leadership of a system which was based on jurisprudence. Hence his viewpoints are helpful in solving some of the problems of this field.According to Imam Khomeini one of the important issues in todayʹs world is the role of time and space in individual inference and in decision­making. According to Imam Khomeini, time and space leave their impacts on the subject of decrees, that is, a subject whose decree has been given in the past, may have another decree within the framework of relations dominating politics as well as social and economic affairs of a society. The present particle is an attempt to analyze this approach.
