The strategy of the unity of Islamic world in Imam Khomeiniʹs thought

The Muslimsʹ political unity and solidarity has been one of the concerns of great reforms of history including Imam Khomeini. But how is the Muslimsʹ political unity realized? What does it signify? Is unity a tactical approach or a strategic one? What are the consequences, effects and results of political unity of Islamic world? How can we achieve this goal? What are the obstacles to unity in todayʹs world? What are the ways to reinforce it? Seemingly, Imam Khomeini illustrates the strategic project of realization of Islamic worldʹs unity in the form of a political theory and by considering "unity" as a strategic matter in a process of four phases, including preparing the ground for realizing unity, bestirring of political and religious elites as the enforcers of unity, necessary tools for moving towards Muslimsʹ political unity, and finally, establishment of "great Islamic government".
