The Role of Police in Juvenile Trial

One of the difficulties of juvenile trial is the way to deal with the juve­nile which is a technical and psychological issue. The literature on such issue is limited and suffers from a plethora of deficiencies. Police performance and methodology in the related literature has not been taken into consideration. This paper tries to elaborate on the role of the specialized police in juvenile trial. The vital need for the forma­tion of delinquent juvenile police is among the most important findings of the research.
