The place of women in the constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran

After the Islamic revolution in Iran, women could achieve a new role in the society and constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran confirms this role and expresses it clearly. The writers of this article have used a descriptive and analytic method to extract the laws and the principles that are related to women and their rights. Then, they have presented directions for the correct and exact way of execution of these laws and the principles.
